$8.5 Million Period Home Finished in Los Angeles

QuickDraw Fund Control recently completed a major home renovation project in the Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. This stunning home on 516 South Hudson Street is proof positive that when all the factors are working together between the lender, builder and fund control companies, amazing things can happen.

QuickDraw Fund Control worked closely with Partners Capital and their client, A&R Industries on this stunning project. A&R specializes in rehabbing period homes by updating them with current technology and better structural integrity. At the same time, their goal is to retain the original period look and feel throughout the home.

For this special project, the Stately Tudor style of this home was kept true to its original design inside and outside while the amenities were upgraded significantly to reflect today’s luxury standards. It features six bedroom suites, a large kitchen that opens to a quaint den and breakfast room, a projection cinema, full wine cellar, library, bar, game rooms and massive public rooms ideal for parties. There is also a fantastic guest house, salt water pool and extensive landscaping that make this luxury home a true showstopper.

With such a major renovation project, we had our work cut out to monitor the budget and track if each phase of construction went as planned. We conducted all the inspections and handled the funds disbursement throughout the project.

QuickDraw stepped in and analyzed the construction budget and monitored the building progress. We were able to provide valuable information that enabled the parties involved to make the best, informed decisions.

The result is one of the most beautiful homes you’ll ever see (check out the photos below) that sold for $8,550,000! It is a win-win for everyone involved. This amazing home just goes to show the kind of difference a professional fund control company like QuickDraw can make.
