QuickDraw Breaks Ground on Los Angeles Single Family Home Project
In September, construction began on a new residential project for QuickDraw Fund Control. The multi-level, 9,000 square foot custom home is located in the Post Office neighborhood of Beverly Hills, on Beverly Crest Drive. This hillside property’s prime location features expansive views of the Los Angeles Basin. The modern architectural design, led by ID Group, will feature designer finishes and state-of-the-art elements, such as a structural pool and Jacuzzi, and a massive deck that will showcase the property’s stunning views.
What makes this project extra exciting for QuickDraw is that it is our first project with the lender, Crosswind Capital, Inc. They are a new client of ours and we are humbled to be working with such an exceptional group.
Crosswind Capital requested a Cost Review analysis during the due diligence period. Quick Draw’s database of real time construction costs is a key component in generating a detailed report analyzing each line item. This provides our Client with a professional opinion as to the sufficiency of proposed Site Development and Building costs.
The construction of this Beverly Hills home is expected to take two years to complete. During the construction process, QuickDraw will handle the Site Inspections and Fund Control for the loans draw requests, approving the appropriate funds as each phase of construction is complete.
