Founder of QuickDraw Fund Control Greg Norris to Join BICA Board of Directors
Greg Norris, Principal and Founder of QuickDraw Fund Control, an industry-leading Los Angeles-based firm providing fund control services for commercial and residential projects, has committed to serving as a board member for three years on the BICA Board of Directors, a Rancho Cucamonga-based company providing credit services to the construction industry, in a business development capacity.
Speaking about the new opportunity, Greg Norris says, “From QuickDraw’s early beginnings, BICA has been a trusted vendor and a valuable business partner. The relationship has grown as a result of our mutual commitment to providing our clients with quality service they can rely on. I look forward to the next chapter of our relationship: growing together and faithfully serving the construction industry.” Norris has nearly 30 years experience in construction, plumbing, inspection and fund control. He is a licensed General Contractor and Certified HUD Inspector.
BICA was founded in 1903 as the only credit-reporting agency solely servicing Southern California’s construction industry. During the next few decades, BICA grew to over 1,400 members and developed its industry-pioneering Notice of Completion service. In the 1980s, BICA launched a project to develop a proprietary construction credit report to better serve the unique needs of its customers nationwide. Today, BICA is the industry-leading credit agency offering preliminary notice and lien services, construction credit reporting, collections and other credit services.
BICA President Andrea Parisi says, “The BICA Board of Directors elected Greg Norris, President of QuickDraw Fund Control, as the newest member of the Board. Greg will bring an added perspective as an owner of member company, QuickDraw Fund Control. His prior experience in the industry working for a subcontractor and a home developer will add a unique perspective to our Board. We are fortunate to include him as our newest BICA Board Member.”
