Stephen has over 35 years of experience in customer service, working with well-known clients and brands such as Google, Cisco, AT&T, Ricoh, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, IBM and many others. His experience in customer relations combined with his deep understanding of the industry will help the QuickDraw team continue to grow and prosper. When he isn’t out having lunch with clients or putting out fires in customer service, Stephen enjoys cooking, barbecuing and playing golf.
